What do I do if I realise I won’t be able to collect my food?

There is a cancel purchase button at the bottom of the receipt which cancels your order in one click, up to 3 hours before the start of your collection window. If you are within 3 hours of your collection time, please get in touch with us at [email protected] or feel free to contact the store themselves. Unfortunately Too Good To Go cannot issue refunds for missed collections if we are not informed ahead of time as it means we don’t have the opportunity to re-list the item for sale and allow someone else to rescue it.

What do I do if the store is closed or has no food left for me to collect when I arrive?
