How do I rescue a meal?

Simply choose which store you would like to rescue from, place and pay for your order, and then turn up at the allotted collection window and show your in-app receipt to the staff in the restaurant.

The store cancelled my order - what do I do?

Due to the unpredictable nature of the food industry, stores will sometimes sell all their food, meaning there's nothing left for you to rescue and so they will cancel your reservation. There’s nothing you need to do - your money will automatically be refunded and you can place an order for a different store.

How do I know what I will be rescuing?

You can get a guide to the sort of food a restaurant or cafe sells in their profile in the app, however you will not know what you are rescuing until you turn up and collect your magic bag. Part of the fun of Too Good To Go is the surprise contents of the magic bag!
