I can’t see any Too Good To Go stores near me. When are you coming to my area?
We’re relatively new and although we’re expanding super fast, it will take us a while before we can bring Too Good To Go to the whole of the UK. Please follow our Facebook or Twitter pages to stay in the loop and be the first to know when we’re launching near you.
What time do offers reset on the Too Good To Go app?
Our system resets at midnight every day, so this is when stores display the most availability. However, keep checking back as many stores will constantly add more food throughout the day :)
I’m experiencing issues with the app and can’t see any stores in my area or make a purchase (for example). What can I do?
Most technical issues are easily resolved by uninstalling and reinstalling the app. We’re releasing new updates all the time, so always make sure you’ve got the most recent version of the app installed.
Something’s come up and I can no longer collect the food I’ve ordered today. Can you help?
Sure! Write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll refund your order and make it available for someone else to rescue. Make sure you give us at least three hours’ notice so we can be sure it doesn’t go to waste.
I’ve had a bad experience with a store. Can I get a refund?
